BEE A HOP GROWER WITH PRIDE

For more than 180 years, Fuller’s Griffin Brewery has been part of the fabric of Chiswick, a place where craft, community, and character come together. Our story has always been shaped by the people around us, and one of our longest‑standing neighbours is Brentford Football Club. We’re proud to be the Official Stadium Founder Partners of Brentford FC, but our connection goes back much further.

Over a century ago, Fuller’s donated a nearby apple orchard to the club, land that became Griffin Park in 1904, named in honour of our iconic Griffin. It’s a partnership built on heritage, shared history, and a love of bringing people together.

Now, we’re inviting you to be part of the next chapter.

Growing Something New Together

We know many Bees fans enjoy a pre match or half time beer – but climate change is posing a significant threat to one of beer’s essential ingredients, hops. With only 45 hop growers left in the UK, a mere fraction of the number operating a generation ago, it’s becoming more important than ever to protect the future of British hop farming. That’s why we’re launching a new initiative to help – and you can be part of it.

Grow your own hops this summer and then harvest them together with other Bees fans taking part. The hops will then make their way to Fuller’s Griffin Brewery to be brewed into a special London Pride x Brentford FC beer – served in the stadium at selected home matches during the 2026/27 season!

How It Will Work

From 12pm on Wednesday 25th February, you can buy a hop-growing kit and take part (subject to availability, costs apply, 18+ only). Once you’re in you’ll receive:

  • A hop‑growing kit, including everything you need to get started.
  • Guidance from local hop farmers on how to grow your hops.
  • Opportunity to connect with fellow Bees fans taking part (via Whatsapp, optional), including special guests from Brentford FC.
  • Two bottles of a limited-edition London Pride x Brentford FC beer, available once brewed in the 2026/27 season.
  • A voucher for a free pint of the beer you helped produce on a matchday at Brentford FC during the 2026/27 season.
  • Invitation to attend an exclusive hop harvest event.
